Academic Excellence as Brothers

• Zeta Psi undergrads represented every college but one at Cornell University in 2011.


• 58% of Zeta Psi brothers have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.


• 21% of Zeta Psi brothers have a GPA of 3.9 or higher.


• In 2009 and 2010, we won the award for highest chapter GPA and overall academics in the Zeta Psi Fraternity.


• 4 brothers received academic scholarships from the Zeta Psi Fraternity in 2011.


• 50% of Zeta Psi brothers have received an academic merit scholarship or grant.


• 36% of Zeta Psi brothers are in academic honors societies.

Academic Excellence for New Members

• In 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011, Zeta Psi new members were the first to achieve full brother status of Cornell's 40+ Fraternities.


• Every year since the statistic has been measured, Zeta Psi new members have ranked in the top five in GPA change between first semester and pledging semester.


• In 2009 Zeta Psi new member GPAs were 0.15 higher* than the semester before.


• In 2010 Zeta Psi new member GPAs were 0.03 higher* than the semester before.


• In 2011 Zeta Psi new member GPAs were 0.21 higher* than the semester before.

Outside of Class

• 100% of Zeta Psi brothers are involved in another club across campus.


• 68% of Zeta Psi brothers are on the executive board of a campus organization.
